Competition Law- The Key to Survival

The advent of Competition law in India and establishment of Competition Commission of India as the country's anti- trust regulator is a welcome development. Competition can be the essence of an economy which encourages innovation. CCH, being one of the major information service provider, globally, in the fields of law, tax and accounting, is organising Competition Law Summit. Summit is designed to address the increasing need and implication of rules and regulations of competition policy in an economy. Competition law in India has been relatively emerging at a faster pace.
